In diesem Video zeige ich Ihnen Tennis\u00fcbungen f\u00fcr einen der wichtigsten, aber auch schwierigsten Schl\u00e4ge \u00fcberhaupt: den R\u00fcckhand-Winner \u00fcber die Linie. Bei den gezeigten \u00dcbungen setzen wir den Zielbereich absichtlich weit nach au\u00dfen, um noch pr\u00e4ziser spielen zu k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p>Die R\u00fcckhand auf der Linie sollte so schnell wie m\u00f6glich und gewinnbringend geschlagen werden. Da das Netz an der Au\u00dfenseite h\u00f6her ist als in der Mitte, muss der R\u00fcckhand-Linienball besonders flach \u00fcber das Netz geschlagen werden. Die Gefahr eines Netzballes ist also gegeben. Daher muss die R\u00fcckhand longline taktisch klug und nicht zu \u00fcberhastet eingesetzt werden.
