Tactical Training with Consequences is a competitive game-based tennis drill for 2 to 4 players, designed to improve tactical awareness, focus, and decision-making under pressure. Before each round, players receive a specific tactical objective that must be applied during the rally. After every point, a physical consequence is added, creating a direct connection between tactical execution and accountability.

The drill encourages players to stay committed to a game plan and execute tactical intentions consistently, even in competitive situations. By combining tactical challenges with movement-based consequences, players develop greater concentration, discipline, and the ability to make better decisions during match play.
